By booking a tour with Inca Vision Tours, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.

Health Requirements
- Participants must be in good physical health.
- Please notify us of any medical issues or allergies in advance. Failure to do so will make it your responsibility before or during the trek or tour.
- If your health is uncertain, consult your doctor before booking.
- Participants over 70 must provide a current medical certificate confirming good health.
Liability and Insurance
- Inca Vision is not liable for additional costs due to unfavorable weather, natural disasters, strikes, illness, flight cancellation, no-show or loss of personal belongings.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining insurance to cover these risks.
- Inca Vision ensures qualified staff and takes reasonable care to prevent accidents, illness, and loss but is not responsible for third-party actions.
Illness or accident During the Tour
- If you get sick or suffer any accident out of our control during the tour and not able to continue, Inca Vision staff will support and escort you to the nearest location with emergency assistance. If feasible, we will assist in coordinating your rejoining the group at Machu Picchu. Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering any additional expenses, such as meals, accommodation, transportation, extra porters, extra entrance ticket and medications). Likewise, refunds are not provided by Inca vision of your original payment, but we can provide a certification of illness for travel insurance claims.
Permits and date changes
- Permits for the Inca Trail or related treks are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- Once a permit has been issued, changes to the date or personal information are not allowed without incurring additional costs. This policy is regulated by the Peruvian government.
Passport Requirements
- Please bring the original passport used at the time of booking to pass the checkpoint. If your passport has been renewed, ensure you bring both your expired and current passports to avoid any entry issues.
Closure of the Inca Trail or Related Tours
- If the Inca Trail or any tour to Machu Picchu is closed for safety reasons, Inca Vision will arrange an alternative trek to replace your original itinerary. If no alternative is feasible, you will be entitled to a reimbursement.
Student Discount
- To qualify for the student discount, one must be 25 years old or less at the time of entering Machu Picchu and you must submit a valid university ID with your booking. The ID must include your name, photo, and expiration date. Cards without an expiration date will not be accepted. Please bring the original student ID with you on the tour to pass the checkpoint.
- All travelers under 17 will have special discount as well.
- Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Down Payment and Payment method
To secure your tour in each tour package specifies the exact down payment amount required to confirm your booking and cover the costs of reservations.
- Inca Trail hikes (2, 4, or 5 days): $ 200 USD per person
- Alternative Treks (non-Inca Trail treks): $ 200 USD per person
- Day tours and Day hikes: Deposit ranges from $ 25 USD to $ 200 USD per person
- For other package tours the down payment is from $ 200 USD to $ 500 USD per person
The deposit can be made via We Travel, Western Union or MoneyGram. If you rent camping and hiking gear, upgrade tours or receive a discount of the total price our sales team will email you the updated remaining balance payable at our Cusco office.
Pay via We Travel
Please note that We Travel charges a fee ranging from 1.5% to 3.9 % (depending on the type of currency used) for online deposits. For payment made via bank transfer a 2% fee will be applied which the client is responsible for. The fee is for the use of We travel’s secure payment gateway. Please, notify incavisiontours@gmail.com or info@incavisiontours.com after payment has made through, We Travel.
Pay via Western Union
Please note that Western Union charges a variable fee for online deposits, depending on your nationality and location.

Pay via MoneyGram
Please note that MoneyGram charges a variable fee for online deposits, depending on your nationality and location.

Please remember to send us the tracking code (MTCN) in order to pick up the deposit and confirm your booking. Once your payment is made via Western Union or MoneyGram, please notify ours sales team.
In the event you need to cancel your trip, cancellation fees will be assessed as outlined in our cancellation policy. If canceling, you may not transfer your deposit to another person’s trek/tour. See Inca Vision Tours ‘Terms and Cancellation Policy
Remaining Balance in Cusco
The remaining balance for your tour must be paid in Cusco at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure. We accept cash, Credit card or debit card via We Travel.
Please note that payments made by credit card, debit card or We Travel will incur a fee from 1.5 to 3.9 % depending on the type of currency used for online deposits.
If you are unable to arrive in Cusco 48 hours prior to your tour, please contact our sales team to arrange alternative payment options.
