1. Upon receiving your email, we will respond to confirm the availability of your tour. We will then request that you secure your booking by making a deposit for each member of your group via our payment link.
2. Participant information or Customer Details: For multiple bookings and for your convenience our sales team will be in charge of booking your permits or entrance fee for your tour. Please attach/send us the copy of your passport or ID for everyone in your party to info@incavisiontours.com or incavisiontours@gmail.com
3. If you are you booking either short or long Inca trail, please contact our sales team for availability.
4. Is anyone in your group 17 years old or under? If you answer yes, we need a copy of their passport. Please email to info@incavisiontours.com or incavisiontours@gmail.com
5. If you have booked your accommodation in Cusco, please provide the hotel name for pickup purposes.
