Day 1: Cuzco – Soqma – Perolniyoq – Qorimarka-Cuzco
Itinerary – Perolniyoq Waterfall & Qorimarka Half-Day Hike from Cusco
Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Cusco between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM. We’ll drive to Mauka Iglesia, a sacred pre-Inca ceremonial site known for its mysterious stone carvings and powerful energy—an excellent introduction to the spiritual richness of the Andes.
After a brief visit, we continue to Rafqa (2,800 m) and then to Soqma Village (3,000 m), the starting point of our hike. Before setting out, we’ll enjoy a quick snack to fuel the journey.
Our first trek segment is a scenic 1.5-hour hike to Perolniyoq Waterfall (3,300 m), one of the tallest and most beautiful waterfalls in the Cusco region. You’ll have time to relax, take photos, and enjoy the views before continuing.
From the waterfall, we hike 40 more minutes to reach the Qorimarka Inca ruins, where we’ll explore this ancient archaeological site for about 50 minutes, learning about its history and significance in the Sacred Valley.
After the visit, we begin our return to Cusco, arriving around 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

To book this Perolniyoq Waterfall half day in Peru an initial payment of $ 20 USD per person is required. The remaining balance can be paid online or in person at our office in Cusco. The deposit can be made via We Travel, Western Union or MoneyGram.
